Searle Vacation: Final day part 2

After catching a second wind from our morning activities, we headed out for some shootin! ;)
Now, I had never shot a gun... I am still not a huge gun person.. But I will admit, we had fun.
It is so very entertaining to shoot and watch everyone shoot..
Some of us very good, some very "new" to the experience.

After we finished up shooting we ran home to grab grandma and head to the Air Museum. Grandpa wanted to wait until the museum was closed for the night so that we could have the place all to ourselves. So with our goal of squeezing in as many activities in as we could in mind, at 11pm we headed into Rexburg to the museum. No matter how tired we were, it was priceless to hear grandpa tell all about each plane. We explored a little bit and climbed in and out of the different planes. I for one, could never be a fighter pilot. Those things are small, way too claustrophobic for my liking..

We returned home just in enough time for me to get sick :) I think I had a little bit of heat exhaustion from being in the sun the whole day. By morning I was feeling much better and was able to make it to Sacrament with the family. After a very large brunch we all loaded in the car and headed home.

Searle Vacation #2 a success. Thanks Trent and Diana, we love you and had a blast!
