I have seen this picture a hundred times before and never noticed the band-aid on Nicole's knee. Have a feeling you two were connected long before this. Maybe that is why it took Nicole so many weeks to finally decide to come, she didn't want to leave you for nine months. (They thought she was going to follow Kevin and make an early arrival in January. Labor would start and stop and she was measuring huge!) And her dad always blamed it on her being a girl and not able to make up her mind. Laurie
i didn't notice the bandaids, but I remember everything else about that picture, the sweatshirts, the nordstrom sandals we would buy every year, the cute bows, now they are both married, both beautiful young women, but I wish we were still raising little girls, not grown women! Love both of you!!!!!
I still remember the day we went and got this taken. Getting ready for it and everything. Love you, so glad we're still besties today!
