The next two days at Disney World FLEW by... We got to enjoy a little of each park. I didnt realize how freakin big Disney world is... ITS HUGE. In my head I was picturing Disneyland and California Adventure just a hop-skip- and a jump from each other.. Not the case in Florida. You have to hop the monarel or bus to get anywhere and each are 10-15 min apart. Throw in a billion resorts and you have Disney's very own city.. Its crazy. The hotel Mitch and I stayed at was called The Port Orleans -French Quarters, themed just like New Orleans. Our room over looked the river, we could watch boats float by all day. We loved it. even if we felt like we were never there. It was very clean, thats what matters.

Epcot. We visited Epcot right as it opened, rushed right back to "Norway" for a very yummy Princess Breakfast. Its no secret that I am a big "Princess" girl. I grew up loving Disney movies... My parents took me to see The Little Mermaid when I was a week old and Im pretty sure I could sing you every stinkin song. So for me, this breakfast was a blast. We were able to talk with each princess and grab a picture.. (Mitch was a little sad Princess Jasmine was a no show)

After breakfast we were able to walk through all the other countries.. It was still pretty early in the day so nothing was really happening as we walked through.. Which was a little sad for me. I was looking forward to Epcot and was a little disappointed when nothing was too entertaining.. never got to try one of those amazing funnel cakes. HOWEVER. I loved walking through all the streets and really feeling like I was visiting different countries. It may look like a beautiful day, but it was freezing. We hit "Soaring California" and then decided to make our way over to Animal Kingdom.... I really hope to visit Epcot again. This time a little later in the day.
