Day 6 – A photo of an animal you’d love to keep as a pet. Or how about I just tell you about our pet... Milo

We looove our pup. He is our baby, and Im sure anyone that knows us would agree. Mitch and I had been married about 2 months when I spotted this little black and white shih-tzu on KSL. I of course showed Mitch, he quickly shrugged it off and before I could blink the add was marked as "SOLD" I couldn't get the idea of having a puppy out of my head. I would browse the ads whenever I got a chance.. which would follow with more shrugging by Mitch... about 2 weeks later I spotted that little black and white shih-tzu pop back up for sale. I of course was thrilled, that little guy hadnt left my mind. I begged Mitch to just go "look" at him... THAT is when I believe in love at first sight. His name was Charlie and lived in a house full of orientals. We knew how fast he had sold before, and Mitch knew I wouldnt leave without him... thats the day our Milo came home with us.

  

 

A few little fun facts about Milo... 

• He LOVES to watch TV. You need to see it to believe it. He gets fully invested in whatever is on .. his favorite is obviously animal planet or the movie Marley and Me. We honestly leave movies on for him when we leave him alone to entertain him. Some people give their dog a bone... we put on disney channel.
• He can not sleep without his head being propped up. Either on a pillow or one of our legs.
• He has a specific spot in the car and that is the ONLY place he will ride.
• He hates french fries, besides In-N-Outs
• Cosmo and Lucky are his best friends. But honestly Milo loves everyone. 
• He goes to doggy day care most days.. (I know I know, pathetic) ... but he has anxiety issues, and my mom loves him. 
• He doesn't walk.. he "prances" .. like a little girl. 
• Has a nightmare almost every night.. We have to shake him awake. 
• He loves his mama the most (Mitch would argue that, but he isnt writting this post is he) 

I think its pretty obvious we love our dog.
