We spent our night at the baseball fields last night..
ahh can you smell summer?
McKay did a great job and hit the game winning run.
It will be fun to watch him through the season.
Tuesday's are lame. nothing exciting happens and we are still stuck at the "beginning" of the week. Mitch and I got a nice little Welcome from our HOA.. The weather has not been too great the last week so we decided to park Mitch's motorcycle out in the common parking spaces, it has a gas leak and I dont want it stinkin up the garage. Mitch was greeted by the HOA president (who lives next door to us) telling him to move it now or it would be towed, Those parking spaces are Visitor only. This makes us a little peeved to say the least. There are no signs and we were not given any info regarding this when we moved in. If Mitch hadn't been out there while the HOA president was we would have paid 160+ to get the bike out. grrrr.
Beware of the Rockwell HOA not too Welcoming.
- In positive news.. I have signed up for 2 photography classes. Im stoked to learn new technics to make my photos better.
- We got an e-mail from Kyle yesterday.. For those of you wondering he is doing GREAT. I hope he does not mind, But Im going to share my favorite part of the LONG email..
"I miss you guys so much but I know this is where we are supposed to be. Last night we watched the Testaments and the spirit bore witness to me that this is where I am supposed to be right now. I am supposed to go out and preach the gospel. He has blessed me so much and I see miracles all of the time here. The language is the biggest miracle I have learned so much in such little time. It is absolutely amazing."
He has also gained 10 pounds since he entered the MTC.
It has not even been a week! Obviously the food is not to terrible.
Also. I got a few calls and text about the crock pot liners.. I get them at Wal-Mart but I have seen them everywhere.. by the tinfoil...

first of all I wanna take classes, where and when? we should go take pictures together!! second those liners are amazing I am so going and getting some!!
Chels- HOA's are fun arent they? Ours is horrible at getting the parking lot plowed. Last winter it was pretty much a constant thick sheet of ice and they never shoveled the walk that went into the parking lot.
Rockwell is a joke out here. Their HOA out here is ridiculous. My sis in law had to get her whole driveway repaved because they ruined it when they first put it in...Rockwell wouldn't do anything about it.
Hopefully you don't run into any more issues with them!
