Moving

Few weeks ago Mitch and I decided that we wanted to move somewhere more convenient for us.. Right now we live and Provo and it really far away from everything in our lives. Mitch works in North Orem (30+ min drive from our apt) I work in Orem but only a 10min drive. Our families both live in Cedar Hills and we spend about 70% of our time at there house... when its time to drive home at night niether of us want to. And even though I absolutely love our apartment, I have never felt completely safe there.. (the complex next to ours is just a little sketchy) So I hate being left alone. PLUS if we move.. I can could get a puppy! Our complex does not allow pets. (and who am I fooling.. everyone knows thats why I want to move) So we searched forever.. Found a few great places but none of them really worked out. Finally we found a really nice place in Orem.. A lot bigger than our place now, a nice "homey" complex, AND they allowed pets. We placed our apartment on KSL that night and sold it within a few hours to a really cute couple.... I had been watching Milo on KSL for a few weeks.. He just never sold.. So as soon as our apartment sold and we signed for our new one I convinced Mitch to take me to look at him... We dragged my parents along because we had no idea what things to ask when buying a dog. Mitch said we were just going to "look" but secretly my mom and I knew we would come home with him.. HE WAS MEANT TO BE OURS!! I just know it. happy day.

We are in the mess of packing right now.. I didnt think I would be this sad to leave our first apartment... AND come to find out they now allow pets. waste. But I still have a good feeling about moving and I am very excited to get into our new place. The girl that sold her contract to us is dragging her feet to getting out so we are not quite sure if we will be moving Saturday or Monday.. But I am very anxious to have our own place again. We have been staying with my parents because of Milo, Which has been very nice. My Mom and Missy take very good care of him while we are at work. He is going to have an even bigger adjustment next week..
