This weekend was a busy one.. But I'm starting out with last Sunday March 15th first.. Mitch was ordained an Elder. It was a very neat experience for all of us. Not a dry eye in the room.. I'm very proud that Mitch can be a worthy priesthood holder in our home. I cant wait to go to the temple with him.
Thursday was my future cousin Becca's family bridal shower. We have 3 brides this summer on the Clyde side.. Me on April 9th. Becca and Jason on April 24th. and Kevin and Page on June 6th. It was fun getting engaged around the same time as them, and planning our weddings together. I feel like it has bonded us in a special way.. I'm so excited for them to join the family.Friday my girlfriends also threw me a bridal shower... I had not seen much of my friends since graduation/Heritage Tours it was SO fun to be with all of them again (minus molly, we missed you).. The best surprise of all was my best friends from Price showing up!!! I was SHOCKED. I knew we had invited them but I didn't think they were able to make it.. Thanks for coming guys!
Joelle hosted the shower and she did a FABULOUS job.. made a slide show of all our high school memories together (made me cry) mannny fun/funny games.. tested my knowledge about Mitch.. I got most of the questions right.. minus the ones he did a wide range answer. He informed me later he just wanted me to have to put the whole pack of gum in my mouth. (which I did)
Excuse the stupid smile. I had the whole pack of gum + more in my mouth when Nicole had to leave.. and I of course had to get a picture with her.. I love you bestie.
